About craftusingai

Hi, I'm Abderrahim. Indie developer building small, focused iOS apps with a lot of help from AI. craftusingai is the home for those apps: each one solves a single, specific problem for a specific kind of person — leather crafters, antique hunters, photographers — and stays out of the way otherwise.

How the apps are made

Every app starts as a real problem I or someone close to me had. I design and ship them myself, using AI models both inside the apps (for things like image recognition and measurement) and in the workshop (for drafting, testing and writing). Everything is reviewed by a human before it reaches the App Store.

About the articles

The guides on each app's blog are written to be useful on their own, whether or not you install anything. They are drafted with AI assistance from the app's real feature set and edited by me. If you spot an error, email [email protected] and I'll fix it.
