1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Antique ID: Vintage Identifier ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Antique ID: Vintage Identifier for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Harass or cause distress or discomfort to any individual

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Antique ID: Vintage Identifier are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Antique ID: Vintage Identifier or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Antique ID: Vintage Identifier.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Antique ID: Vintage Identifier could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our Platform are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on our Platform at any time without notice.

6. Materials and Content

We do not review all materials posted on the Platform, but we reserve the right to remove or modify any content at any time if we determine it violates these Terms or applicable law. User-submitted antique images remain the property of the user, but by uploading them, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use them for service improvement and analysis.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform
• Post hateful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload material that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights

8. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Antique ID: Vintage Identifier, our directors, officers, or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Platform.

9. User Identification Data

Antique ID uses advanced technology to identify and classify vintage items. While we strive for accuracy, identifications are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any identification or valuation information provided through our Platform.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Antique ID: Vintage Identifier or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights to the content.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Antique ID operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that location.
